- Combine flour, oil and water and knead a dough. Heat a pan on medium flame, melt ghee and then add khoya to it. Roast the khoya on medium flame till it becomes light pink. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool down..
- Then add sugar, cardamom powder, mishrambu and mix well. Divide the dough and khoya mixture into equal portions. Take a portion of dough, make 2 balls for one paratha. Roll by dusting in some flour to form a very small flat round..
