- Prepare of ingredients.
- It’s 900 grams of icing sugar.
- It’s 4 of egg whites.

- start mixing the egg whites with an electric mixer until froth starts to form on the rim of the bowl.
- gradually beat in about a hundred grams of the icing sugar.
- add the rest of the icing sugar in steps.
- you have now made the icing ,but it needs to spend the night in the fridge.
- put the icing in an airtight box,before putting the lid on wet a greasproof paper sheet and place it on the icing then cover with the lid.
- put it in the fridge for at least twenty-four hours for best results.
