Ingredients of royal icing

  1. Prepare of ingredients.
  2. It’s 900 grams of icing sugar.
  3. It’s 4 of egg whites.

  1. start mixing the egg whites with an electric mixer until froth starts to form on the rim of the bowl.
  2. gradually beat in about a hundred grams of the icing sugar.
  3. add the rest of the icing sugar in steps.
  4. you have now made the icing ,but it needs to spend the night in the fridge.
  5. put the icing in an airtight box,before putting the lid on wet a greasproof paper sheet and place it on the icing then cover with the lid.
  6. put it in the fridge for at least twenty-four hours for best results.
