- In medium bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar untill well blended..
- Heat in microwave, 45 seconds at a time, while slowly adding half-and-half. Stir and heat until thickens..
- Set aside to cool, stiring frequently..
- Stir in butter..
- Stir in whipping cream and vanilla..
- Pour into ice cream maker according to manufacturers direction..
- Per my ice cream maker, process for 30-minutes..
- NOTE: I used 1/2- slenda and 1/2 honey..
