- You need of Basmati rice.
- Prepare of Full fat milk.
- You need of Ghee.
- You need of Unsweetened khoya.
- Prepare of Sugar.
- It’s of saffron.
- It’s of Cardamom powder.
- You need of Chopped pistachios.
- Prepare of Sliced badam/ almonds.
- Prepare of Chopped cashew nuts.
Royal Shahi phirni instructions
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes..
- Grind it to a coarse mixture..
- Heat a pan with some ghee, add the cinnamon stick..
- After a minute add milk and boil it..
- Add the ground rice mixture and mix well..
- Once the rice is cooked, add unsweetened khoa and sugar..
- Add saffron, cardamom powder, pistachios, badam, cashew nuts and mix well..
- Simmer on low flame for 10 mins..
- After all the independents combine well pour it into moulds..
- Let it come to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours to set..
- Serve it chilled..
